At Tigre Rosa, we take pride in crafting luxurious, high-quality footwear designed with elegance, comfort, and meaning. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors on a clean surface to prevent sole damage.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items marked final sale.
- Products showing signs of wear or damage unrelated to production.
3. Return Process
Email us at customerservice@tigrerosa.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- If the item is a gift, the refund will be issued as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
7. International Orders
International returns are accepted; however, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
- Tigre Rosa is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
